Jonathan Sadler

​Jonathan started his working life as a Motor Mechanic, from this he worked briefly within Financial Services until starting his Recruitment career in 1993. Working for both Independent & National Recruitment companies where he progressed from Consultant to Director. In January 2010 he resigned from his role and started Questech Recruitment Ltd with Mark Rose.Since opening the business has grown through the appointment of excellent people who have each added their skills to the progression of the business, it has been quite a journey since starting in a little office with 2 desks and 2 telephones.Jonathan is a keen golfer and a supporter of Leeds United – even if it is from the armchair.Phil Mickelson said “Thank You” to Jonathan for encouraging him at the 2013 Open Golf Championship in Muirfield where he incidentally went on to win!!! Must have been Jonathan’s cheering.
